Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah Rancang Bangun Sistem Pengelolaan Aset Desa Berbasis Android di Pompengan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah metode waterfall dengan teknik pengujian yaitu blackbox. Aplikasi pengelolaan aset perancangannya menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) terdiri dari use case diagram, activity sequence diagram dan class diagram. Perancangan database logic MySQL interface sistem. Adapun software gunakan perancangan pengimplementasi XAMPP sebagai web server, PhpMySQL database, visual studio editor desain android android. Pompengan meliputi halaman aset, data penduduk, riwayat kritik. telah diujicobakan sehingga diperoleh aplikasi berjalan baik.
